Dr. Amy Novotny hated running.....until she didn’t! After developing a love for the marathon, she discovered her love for the trails. She has since run 40+ marathons, an Ironman, and 10 ultramarathons (two 100 milers). She is the founder of the PABR institute where she helps people as a breathing and pain specialist. We had a great conversation about the nervous system and how calming or resetting it can provide many benefits to runners and people in general.
