About to run the Crescent City Cassic

My thoughts:

1. I run for God’s glory…
2. I depend upon God for strength. Isaiah 40:31
3. I hope my calf doesn’t slow me down too much.  I’ll trust God with that.
4. In my mind, I’m Kenyan.
